PIT Safety Improvement: Installed double height A-Safe, dock gates and A-Safe across the PIT lanes, replacing metal barriers for improved PIT-PED safety.

Ship Dock Improvements: Installed package blocker and Andon lights in Top Sort, and updated staffing methodology to reduce strain on the package sorting process.

Introduced Super Bins to optimize stowing, picking, and counting by consolidating high-quantity, same-ASIN items in single bins.

Equipment/Station Updates: Upgraded all pack stations to height adjustable stations and updated tools/equipment such as buffer carts, and U-Boats to align all carts, as overtime, different cart types were introduced and there was no primary standard.

Parking Lot Safety: Updated signage, repainted for easier navigation, and added new walking route for direct access to all parts of the parking lot.

Enhanced communication on the critical role/indirect rotation plan.

Improved the critical role/indirect role process to be more transparent.

Created a ship dock rotation tracker tool to improve transparency and fairness logic into ship dock staffing.

Created new pick hours tracking tool for IB team members.

Created new system for stow cart allocation.

Created new system for tracking small vs. medium processing to identify instances of unfair work distribution.

Upgraded breakrooms and Mother’s Room, added a new Wellness Zone, and begun building a new learning area to enhance the experience.

Improved the parking lot, including enhanced muster points’ visibility.

Re-designed main entrance area to be more welcoming and improved backpack and jacket storage areas in the main entrance and small breakroom for better organization and cleanliness.
